Our treadmill has been broken for 2 months now and I have called UTS several times. They have sent a few parts and have told me that a service tech should be getting a hold of me in a few days but here we are a month later and no one has called me. I have called UTS several times and they will not help me. I think I am going to take this issue to the Better Business Bureau if I cannot get this resolved with in the next coupld of day. I am very sorry that I even purchased this exteneded warranty.
