Took money and shipped nothing

I purchased nearly 100$ worth of wallpaper border from this company. The same border was available at numerous sites buy DY had the best price and shipping (just a lure to get your business). It's been over 2 weeks and i received nothing except an e-mailed receipt. I've attempted to call and sent a few e-mails with no response. I filed a dispute with my credit card company to try to recover funds.
