Ingenuine and untrustworthy

This company has some of the most ingenuine people I have ever met. They makes false promises to get the job and then don't keep them. The price seems fair but it's only because their workmanship is horrible. For example:
I now have Many cracked tiles. The tile is not pitched to drain, therefore puddles; grouting cracking occur. 2 slabs of Granite not pitched toward drain, and it leaks into the room below. The Doors stick to door frame because they were not measured right; they use a poor quality door-pull and were poorly installed. The Electrical installations aren't correct for their application; a three-way switch suddenly stopped working, which should never happen. They did not account for proper lighting in rooms, so the rooms are very dim. The heat is also not adequate to warm the house during winter. I don't know whether to blame this on lack of insulation or just poor design.
