A real estate SCAM!!!

On february i found an apartment to rent in san fernando valley, CA.

I met ronit at the place, after a quick viewing I gave her $2000 deposit to secure the place!
We signed a simple draft agreement which she said she'll scan it and email me back at the same evening.

After days with no email whatsoever from Ronit bendavid, i called back and she said she doesn't knows me or owe me anything!!!

I tried to talk with her so many times but every time she use a different name or change her voice in the phone. I was asking a friend to try and speak with her, maybe the problem was me...

I was shocked, hurt and insulted!

Apparently, im not the first that its happen to him by RONIT BENDAVID!!! But i swore to do anything that in my power to be the last victim of that scammer!!!

In this city theres too many realtors! If your money important to you do not get near her, especially do not give her any money upfront or have witnesses with you!
