Advantage Reality of Palm Coast
Evicted when we were'nt even behind in rent

We rented a condo in Palm Coast from Advantage Reality. The rent seemed affordable, and the neighborhood looked quiet.

We moved in in December, We have a 9yr old boy, which made it a difficult time to move, but we did what we had to do.

We paid our rent in December, and again in January.in Febuary we were late and recieved an eviction notice. They filed with the court that we haven't paid our rent in months which was UNTRUE, and we have our reciepts. But now we must move out by monday, thats 3 days. We have a child and nowhere to go. And an eviction on our records!

Do yourself a favor and bypass these crooks, thanks to them we are pretty much homeless. I dont know what we are going to do.
