Unable to reach anyone concerning a flooring installation order i want cancelled

Put order on sat., march 12, for laminate flooring to be installed in my house. On mon., march 14th, i came across that homedepot might install our surfaces for 1/3 the price of sears. After i experimented with cancel my order i acquired only a runaround and not spoke to anyone. After i got touching gene grain, the salesman that bought the floor, he hung on me after which called back 10min. Later to provide 20% down, undesirable! However unable to consult with emilio dunn, the district sales manager in florence, sc, after making multiple communications. I assume this matter to be looked after instantly. I'll not be referreing one to sears.
