XXL Commerce Company rips off customers by not sending product

#200001122 - Processing still 'processing' after 6 months.

This was my third order from the company. Received other two items. Felt site was safe and placed a third order and larger order. I never received the products. Wrote numerous emails to company and never heard back. It has not been over six months.

They are a scam. Many other reports of customers not receiving purchased goods.

Also filed BBB claim.
