Sally Hardman Overpriced, unfair, crazy landlord

I'll make this short and sweet. The landlord over prices her properties (check other properties first to get an idea for the area). She's money hungry. She has no regards for anyone or anything and will do whatever she can to take your money. We have lived in one of her properties for 2 yrs now and have always paid the rent on time. We have been nothing short of perfect tenants. There was some kind of water leak that started 5 months ago that was causing our water bill to increase by 200$ a month. She did nothing to find and resolve the issue. Now our water bill is 1000$ and we are getting ready to move out. Still she insists it isn't her problem. She will not fix this problem (probably a broken pipe under the house) nor has she been willing to fix anything in this house since we moved in. Do yourself a favor and avoid Beachcombers realty in Saint Simons Georgia. We were actually forewarned but insisted on being open minded. Bad idea.
