Northampton 67 Harry S. Truman Dr., Largo, MD 20774 is the worst quality of living apartments i ever lived in. The place looks good but dont be fooled. There is a serious issue with noise in the units the emanates from the floor squeaking and plumbing. Dont underestimate it by trying to compare what you may have experienced in the past to what you might get at northhampton. Some units are far worst than other but you will not know till you stay the first night. As far as getting to fix the flooring or plumbing good luck with that. I dont know anyone i talked to who was able to. They might tell you they will if you bug them for three months like i did but they came and made the issue worse than it was before. Now i am trying to start a class action law suit against them.By the way escrows seem to only cover saftey issues.
