I have signed up for quarterly service from this company. This company informed incorrectly that my house was infected my carpenter ants in their first visit and then made another visit and this time the person providing the service said it is not carpenter ants. This made me call their division manager who paid a visit and confirmed it is not "Carpenter Ants", he did apologized for the incorrect diagnose and promised to take care of the ant’s infestation. He did provide me his business card in case if I want to directly contact him about the problem. After a week the ants were still seen, I tried reaching and made many attempts to contact for almost 2 weeks to reach their office number and the manager's number and was never able to reach them. The house was fully infested with ants and the damage was already done considerably to my house. I tried reaching this company for almost 2 weeks and it seems the company's telephone number was never working during this time.

After unsuccessful attempts to reach the company I decided to cancel their service and notified them through email about the cancellation service. The company never tried to reach or contact me during this time. After 2 months, I receive a letter that I will charged a cancellation fee for cancellation of service and now I received a bill payment notice of cancellation fee with finance charge from this company. They have the audacity to charge cancellation fee and send me a payment notice after the damage done to my house for not providing the service in time.

I would like to file a complaint and receive all the full payment of the service charges paid to this company and for the damage done to my house for not providing the service. I am also thinking about filing a lawsuit against this company, if it is not resolved by filing this complaint. I would really appreciate if I can get the right direction and get some help. My account # is 62959 and the cancellation fee they charged me including finance charge is $164.34.
