Ocwen
I was charged forced insurance, not getting returned phone calls, name not added to account, overcharge on escrow account

I applied for an modificatin with Ocwen. I submitted all the information that they requested, but I kept getting phone calls stating that I hadn't returned certain papers, but I completed the paper work 3 times. Once they finally got everything they needed, I didn't hear anything from them and I couldn't get any answers. Ocwen proceeded with fourcloser.

There were fees added to my acount. Ocwen charged me for doing a modification. My case was then assigned to someone, but I could never get them on the phone. I would leave messages and no one (a live person) would return my calls. I would get a computerized message to call, but there to I would get an answering mahine. I went to NACA in November in then Ocwen started answering my calls and did my modification in January.

Ocwen has been very unprofessional, they have done some fraudulent practices.
