Crnhome.com, TruPro Home They advertised a FREE service and tricked me into signing up for a second service that automatically charged me

I called because my mom told me it sounded like a good deal and she has the best judgement of anyone i know. THey said it was free but a brochure was 2 dollars and that my card was needed for that and nothing else, then offered a bunch of different services i declined and when i tried to cancel, they told me the 2 dollars was non refundable so just wait and try their service out, i never used their service and 4 days later i got a "welcome call" i told them i never used their service and that i wouldn't all that i wanted to do was cancel and they insisted i try TruPro for some cash rebate, i thought that was the name of the place anyway, that's what they said would show up on my statement so i said "fine" and when i went to cancel because i still never logged in to use it they tried once again offering me some other services and products. They told me everything was cancelled and when i went to check my account 29.99 was on hold i called and disputed it asking for my money back, they said okay we will cancel the service and review the call to make sure that i didn't sign up for it, which i was pretty sure i was clear on NOT wanting anymore services! Today i find out they took it anyway and i can't get through to anyone until tomorrow to get my money back, and it's sunday my kids have prescriptions i have to fill and my money is gone for a service i never signed up for or used! Rip off!!!
