Terrible service, hard to cancel, hidden fees

To cancel is purposely made difficult by long hold times and badgering by the service. I had to cancel and then was charged and then had to cancel again. Software sometimes buggy. They don't always show the monthly fee upfront, usually hide it in their terms and services. I would avoid it like the plague. Not trustworthy.
