The owner, Chad Ramey, is a con-artist and fraud. He did not do anything to find out what was wrong with my appliances but charged me a $69 service call fee. He did absolutely nothing!
His rating at BBB is "F". Unfortunately, I checked this after he left my home and immediately went to cash my check.
Do not use this company... You will not be satisfied! He only wants your money! Cannot be trusted! This was a lesson learned for me! I will not be ripped off in this manner again.
