Sub-contracting, Installer program for Lowe's - Deceptive, unscrupulous practices, lying, thieves, rip-offs

This company does sub-contracting work for Lowe, s by hiring what they call " Installers, Contractors, Skilled trades" by advertising through the internet. As a contractor I am warning all who read this to be fore warned. Do not trust any of the people at Delaney or Lowe's, including the install sales department & salesmen. You are never fully explained or shown the entire process or how the process works. They let you learn as you go which means that you lose money, time & material.

Delaney's screening process for their "Installers" is a couple of phone calls to your past references & that's it. Basically the "Installer"takes on all of the responsibility & associated cost of all jobs. Doesn't matter if the sales department made the mistake in the first place. So in the end the installer takes on the cost of Lowe's mistake & the customer gets screwed.

Having worked for companies & corporations in the past there is always a orientation process where you are given a explanation & shown how and what the policies are, scheduling, the proper procedure for their paperwork & filings and what to do when problems & mistakes arise, the payment process and how and when you get paid. There is no quality control of any kind what so ever. You will never have anyone from Delaney inspects your work or comes to your job, let alone ever meeting them in person because everything is done online & through phone calls.
Lowe's does send out some salesmen, occasionally, who will ask you a few questions, but none of them know what they are looking at as to whether or not you are doing quality work or not.

I have contacted & been contacted by various other contractors who have worked for these people & they all have the same complaints about both of these company.

If you enjoy working for pennies on a dollar and never getting your final payment because of this excuse or that, than this job is for you. All I can say is Installer Beware"
