We hired Ray Flack to restore our house after a flood July. He convinced us to give him our $69,000 to put into the bank and then he could use that for working capitol. He said he would restore our house better than it was before the flood. We reluctantly agreed. That was October and we have not seen him since, and it is now January. We have found out he accually got the check cashed took our money and will not contact us or return our calls.
