Company doesn't meet delivery dates, refuses to refund or return calls

This company promises the world to make the sale... It's the deliver part they just don't seem to get. We ordered a dining set and dresser in early November, they said we could not get it by thanksgiving but should have it by Christmas. Kincaid did schedule and deliver the dining set two weeks later, minus 2 chairs that remained on backorder.

We followed up several times but could not get status on the remainder of our order... We actually contacted the manufacturer and found out that kincaids would not receive the items until February. When we tried to cancel the order, they tried to say we signed a contract that couldn't be cancelled due to their inability to meet the promised delivery date... That contract language is legal bunk... By kincaids interpretation, they never have to deliver.

They never returned our calls, and twice said the owner would call... Haven't heard fom him yet. We are disputing the credit charges now through our card company. Avoid doing business with the kincaids in chantily for your own sanity and piece of mind.
