Edward Humphrey charged me $14,000 to replace my roof & 6 months later it leaks worse than before - will not fix

In August Total remodeling did a flat roof on my 9000 SF commercial building, there were problems from the start, they rushed through the job & wanted paid right away, after looking at the job, they did not do anything that ED Humphrey said that they would, after confronting ED he got upset & said he was going to rip off the roof & leave me with no roof, I was then contacted by Renaye Logan his partner— she came by & looked at the roof, & had the roofers redo one section of the roof, I paid them with much hesitation, Renaye assured me I would have no issues & if I did there would be warranty on the job, after the first rain I had leaks, Renaye was notified & sent someone out, after that I went on the roof to take a look, already seams were lifting & the crappy workmanship could be seen all over, in November we finally got snow & moisture, the roof leaked again & in areas that it had not leaked in the past, now Renaye Logan is no longer available on any of the phone numbers she gave, so I tried to contact Ed, after leaving a few messages I contacted him, he sent someone out, but they did nothing, I have left dozens of messages & went to his office, left a business card in the door & that is were I saw all the nasty notes from other people he has ripped off & owes money to, I have not been able to contact Renaye or ED, I believe these people are total scam artists, & by the looks of the other complaints, ED should spend time behind bars
