My husband and I bought an Oakwood home in 2000. We were told we didn't need to make payments until December. Well December came and went we made the first payment, however we did not move into our home until March. It took them two years to istall the underskirting and we still had broken windows and broken paneling. They would not fix anything.

We paid 465.00 a month, until they doubled our payment.in August of we did a voluntary surrender. It did not effect our credit as bad as we thought it would. Since then we have purchased two vehicles and we were financed for both, the interest rate was higher, but aleast we are out of that hell home. The home is still on the property and we will end up paying the taxes on it. They told us that it is our responsibilty to move the home. This company is crooked, no wonder they filed bankrptcy in Texas.
