Ripoff, cashed checks for work never done, liar, thief

Joe Bertelson took payment for supplies 11/1/03 to put down a new hardwood floor. Never showed up, never provided receipts, made up more excuses than I thought was humanly possible. I suppose in his head it was okay to steal $6565.00 to make sure he had a Merry Christmas! Forget what it does to anyone else... Holds up construction, etc... It's 1/5/04... I just bought the wood, got it myself this time and had it installed... Now that I've paid for it twice, my attorney will be handling Mr. Bertelson. Stay far away!
