On January 25 I placed an order for a cat tree from Kittyjunction.com. The company said my item would take up to two weeks before it shipped out, but normally does not take that long. The company also said they would e-mail me a tracking report once it shipped out. Normally I've always received purchases I've bought off the Internet quite fast so I became suspicious. I have called the company 3 times only to always get an answering machine. I've left my name and number and have gotten no return calls. I've also sent an e-mail 4 times with no response.
