I am in touch with a commercial construction collection agency with over 20 years of experience pursuing these kinds of companies for money owed to material suppliers or sub contractors. You can only imagine the perverted criminal psychopaths they have seen over those years... ORR CONSTRUCTION is by far the worst they have ever come across. The employees for ORR have to put on a good show to pull off this "madoff" like scam ; I hope they make everyone from the janitor to the receptionist answer for this... They make everything look normal for possible "suckers" that might call or visit.

I know of at least 6 diff projects were they have been negligent and dishonest with funds given to them by customers; and thats just the handfull we KNOW about... They have destroyed whole families... Ruined careers and small companies and stopped new businessdevelopment in its tracks when this country could least afford it. I can bet they have a stack of gold somewhere cuz the money keeps going in and never comes out. Sorry if I sound a little upset but i had to take another phone call from a hard working guy that was counting on the money Orr owes him to feed his family... I had to show him the rip off reports and the info we have on Orr... The ranks of the ripped off grows.
