Contractor failed to complete job, lied repeatedly, verbally assaulted homeowne

I hired this company to build a sunroom. At first, Bill Noyes was professional and responsive, and did very good work on the sunroom itself. I made the mistake of trusting him, and paid him in full before he had completed the final piece of the project. He never restored the lawn in my backyard after the sunroom was built, despite repeated promises to do so. It looks like a wasteland.

In June he started outright lying to me and stopped being a reliable and trustworthy person. He showed up at my house in August and verbally assaulted me, calling me a "fckin' f*g."

Bill Noyeshas been sued at least twice in the past two years by unhappy customers, and he had to settle both cases.
