I bought two deals of Williamsburg curtains from John's House Styles in Tx via the web. Used to do not start the bundle until recently and was amazed how gentle the material was. I had been dissatisfied and frustrated from the item, but cleaned them now am pressing them. The liner is brighter than the usual sheet, doesn't match the "ornament" which itself is just a sheet, not the correct fat to get a layer, and also the quality is bad. I published two emails that have been not answered to regarding my issues. Therefore, I named and was instantly informed they couldn't consider the merchandise back since it have been cleaned. The person who responded had read my mail and understood precisely what I'd called about. He blasted me for cleaning them-and stated they might not consider the merchandise back. There is no problem at-all to get a bad item and he suggested that I contact the organization that created them. It had been an extremely uncomfortable encounter and also the customer support is sorely missing.
