Certified Protection Group took $3000.00 away from us on promises to aid in a reduction of our mortgage. They never did anything and then wanted to get usa short sale but people do not pay for those sort of things. We did a short sale on our own and they never did anything and took $3000.00 for no services ever given. Their broker quit and we asked for a refund and they said they were not giving any at this time. We have a document in writing that states if they did not do anything our money would be refunded in full.
