Poor Installation, useless workmanship warranty

Installation of carpet was a disaster, quality of carpet was very good.installer broke marble threshold and vertical blinds in living room. Taylor carpet kept putting off any repair and then denied responsibility. Carpet began to buckle over time, asked about guarantee of installation as carpet is still in good condition. Was told the buckling was due to humidity.installation was in Florida, home of some humidity, and the apartment is air conditioned. Should a carpet company based in Florida issue a warranty that they can always claim has an exception? Useless company, stay away, there are many better places to purchase carpet than this rip off company.
