I ordered a Frabosk Roma creamer from Studio lx on December 14. I was quickly sent a confirmation email with a link to my receipt. A couple of days later my debit card was charged.
The information on my receipt (tracking and order status) was never updated, and I never received my package. I called multiple times and left a voicemail, but I never heard from the company. I also emailed the company with no response.
