I received bad support without any thought for that money and time associated with the purchase of my counters from Lamtech as contracted-out by Lowes. I had been provided a romantic date of once they could be shipped. Per week later I had been informed that it wouldn’t be until December 8th for me personally to get my counters since the caulk was on back-order. Then I had been informed I wouldn’t get the counters promptly since Lamtech didn't purchase enough substance for that backsplashes. HOW CAN A BUSINESS THAT DOES ONLY MAKE COUNTERTOPS TO GET A DWELLING NOT PURCHASE ENOUGH SUBSTANCE!!??? I went forward and required my counter be mounted with no backsplashes. They didn't appear at Lowes on November 23rd as guaranteed. They turned up at 7:00 AM 24 hours later about the evening these were to be mounted. Lowes needed to hurry the shipping to my house since the specialist was waiting.

Numerous calls returned and forth looking to get some kind of day for that backsplashes. Lowes was calling Lamtech after which myself to keep me updated. Once the backsplashes ULTIMATELY came these were triggered a Sunday on the big flat-bed vehicle having a forklift. The backsplashes were the only real products about the vehicle.

Between Your telephone calls backwards and forwards between your Lowes team and Lamtech, the telephone calls between myself and Lowes. The full time invested by Lowes attempting to find my purchase. The price of producing 2 deliveries to my house. The trouble the specialist was subjected to. The stress and tension of questioning if I'd actually get my purchase was totally and completely preventable had Lamtech completed their work within the first place. The way in which my purchase was managed was unprofessional. It's no method to operate a company.

Basically am in Lowes and that I notice somebody obtaining a counter I'll make certain they request that Lamtech not be engaged and that I may let them know my tale. I've no issues with Lowes. Lowes did an excellent work in attempting to solve this problem. Customers shouldn't be kept hostage by 1 organization when I was with Lamtech. I work with a broad company of course if we managed while you did we'd be from company. Completely inappropriate. After I substitute my counter sometime I'll ensure that Lamtech isn't concerned. Lamtech is actually a business that doesn't worry about its clients. Used to do not obtain 1 telephone call providing an apology for that mix up. Alternatively they quit Lowes to complete their dirty work. Lamtech DOESN'T deserve to stay company.
