Ripoff

My husband and i were looking for a sectional to buy. We went to rotmans and looked all over the store.
We finaly found a sectional in the motion section. Its coffee color. Very nice we took the coshions off and pulled out the full sized sleep sofa and my husband layed on it. We took the sectional home that night. No problems.

Well the next day we were looking at it and we took off the cushions and noticed they were stained. We were also told that this was the last one in that color. So if we wanted it in that color we had to take that one. Our sales person bill strunts told us if we wanted it in a differant color they could order it. But we wanted this color so we boufght the floor modle. Well there was water or liquid damadge to the whole back of the under part of the pull out sofa side.

So i called and they told me that because it was a floor modle it was as is. And if we wanted they would take it back for a full refund or take another 100$ off. A customer service lady told me that there was another peice in stock the only one left in that color. Which happened to be the same full sized sleep sofa to our set. Bill strunts also agreed with me that there was no stains that we seen nor was the plastic over the pull out mattres ripped when we looked at it.

And there was no problem swapping the peice. Until i talked to paul hubert in customer service and he told me no. That hes been there for 17 years. Well we also got the rotmans garentee—which sucks and is a lie! -it states if you as a customer are not satisfied they will either exchange it or refund your money and at christmass time to be left without a couch for our family sucks. So i told mr. Hubert what i told him i thought his customer service tech. Sucked. Thank you for letting me vent&sincerly -p*ed off
