Capital Home Shield is a scam. Please do not purchase a home warranty from this company. They collect your money, but do not provide service. I have been trying to reach them by email and telephone for the last four months. They will not respond by email and have made their phone number unavailable (constantly busy) since September. Do not waste your money on this company.
