Not honoring contract

I bought windows from Evans Glass, these were mounted 8-13. The thing is the agreement wasn't recognized entirely. I had been to get complete loft insulation and get a Char-Broil 3-burner grill. I had been in touch with Chris Walbrun atleast ten times. The final moment we talked was 8-27, he assured me anything was within the works and doing good. I discovered, meanwhile, that Evans Windows went from company. Is there any option for me personally? I'd enjoy any support you are able to provide.
