The Nature Company A desktop fount was shipped in used condition (rsty) and was received broken. Examination revelaed the same packaging had been used numerous times before

This Business does not stand behind their products, i ordered a desktop fountain and it was clear the unit had been previously used and returned. The pump was already corroded, and the bowl had been broken during transit. The inside surfaces of the Styrofoam packaging was damaged indicating a number of re-uses to the point it could no longer protect the glass bowl.

The real difficulty started when I tried to process a return, replacement or refund. The web site http://thenaturecompany. Mybisi.com does not list a mailing address, phone number or guidance on how to initiate a return.

Over the course of 2 weeks I wrote a half-dozen e-mails that included my phone number and e-mail address - all went unanswered. After searching on the web i found an address and phone number. I called the number and as you might expect it was a recording with no identifiers, and despite leaving my information, - again I never heard back.

This operations is likely run out of someone's garage and they do not care about product quality or customer service. Buy at your own risk, because whatever you buy you are stuck with it - period!
