Fairfield Properties Raped me on retarded fees

Pretty good until the end (other than the PAPER THIN WALLS). I offered to pay my 1 year lease upfront, however they rejected my offer. I left about 4 months before my lease was complete. I had been paying online, submitting payment through their website. I submitted $2600 in payments and had roughly a $900 payment left. As usual I paid and the website said payment accepted. I had numerous email and phone contacts in prior months with the business manager making sure everything was ok.

About a month later, I received a notice in the mail at my temporary address that I owed them $3200 in fees for "breach of contract" aka missing my payment. Wow, fighting mad! So I called them asap. My remaining items (to be picked up the following weekend) had been "disposed of." After throwing a fit they offered to "find" my items as soon as payment was made. I emailed the president & CEO of Fairfield Properties and received a prompt call from a regional manager. The principal of the matter was not addressed, I ended up not paying.

To make a long story short, I MAKE OVER 10K A MONTH, I didn't pay them the remainder. This is WRONG. So I now get to pay a collection company $3200 instead of $900. Keisha, I just want to say thanks for your great service! You represent Fairfield Properties like a teenager at a summer job.
