I also bought a jim walter home. I must say the home its self is great so far but it was the electric guy and dry wallers i have a problem with. The left side of house was not working and took over a month to get him back out here to fix it then demanded money for his gas for his drive. The dry wallers left 2inch gaps in both bathrooms nest to my tubs and still that way. Needless to say i had to make payments before living in it and this is my familys vey first home. It's been one headache after another. And wished i had went with someone else. And after reading everyone elses report it really worries me even more now. I had 2 people in my family that was going to have a jim walters built but after seeing ours they said heck no!
