You can't trust these people - beware of overcharging

We signed a contract with aida balke of balke and associates for interior design services and furnishings for our new home in cabo san lucas. The agreement called for a 30 percent markup on purchases she was to make on our behalf.

For 2 years we have been trying to get an itemized analysis of charges and they have been unable or unwilling to provide this detail. We have managed to identify items that were billed to us at 100 and 200 percent markup. We believe we have over paid abpprox $60k

Also, after furnishings were delivered balke was unwilling to deal with problems on our behalf and basically dumped uys because she was busy with other clients.

Stay away from these people at all costs to avoid huge dissapointment.
