Substandard flooring

We purchase this flooring in may. Flooring inflammation at seams and it became very boring after cleaning along having a damp mop like we were told to do. Frist a lowes repetition. Arrived and said the ground have to be changed, a business representative. Arrived and said the damage was your fault. To consider the finish you'd think we'd a lot of dogs and children running through the home, due to all of the scrathes and nicks. I won't ever work with lowes again since they didn't back us on this complaint. I suggest that no body should ever get any pergo prodcuts.
