Please be aware that this property was sold to me in 2007 with numerous undiscovered/undisclosed construction defects. The property was so poorly built that I ended up allowing it to go into foreclosure, and ultimately, I had to declare bankruptcy. Since then, I have noticed that many realty organizations and other organizations have listed this property as desirable or as a great deal or with similar positive descriptions. Potential buyers should be aware that subsequent inspections of this property, including some authorized by officials from the city of Carmel, have revealed numerous construction defects that will be very expensive to repair.
