After I agreed to prepay to get a discounted per-gallon on my fuel-oil, a cost of $2.09 a gallon was decided. I continue being charged $2.29.

The very first time I named to protest, I had been guaranteed the payment could be transformed to replicate this contract. NEVER happened. Since they've the prepay, they behave like they never heard about me.

Avoid the corporation. They're shady.
