Unauthorized Charge, Ripped off and then Ignored!

Underneath, the written text of the criticism I delivered to Ferrellgas via their site. Likely to contact the organization headquarters and create a notice aswell. That is completely inappropriate...

I'm a brand new Ferrellgas client, and that I am extremely disappointed.

On January 28, I had been billed $231.39 for my deposit and first load. This cost was UNAUTHORIZED.

The prior evening (1/27), I talked having a consultant to setup my bill. There is some distress within the price. Our landlord stated to not spend something over $2.14 a gallon, because it was a takeover from his consideration. The Ferrellgas consultant I talked with cited me at $2.57 a gallon. She explained that to determine the price problem, I'd have to consult with her boss Frank, who had been not at work at that time. I had been guaranteed Joe might contact me first ting Friday morning to kind points out, which my charge card wouldn't be billed before problem was solved. However it was.

Going back month, I've been attempting each week to achieve this challenging Frank personality, who's obviously the supervisor of four Ferrellgas practices within the Northern California area (I reside in Lake Region)... And that I've been repeatedly making him communications and speaking with affiliate after affiliate about my issue and just how to solve it. The client support reps are nice girls, and that I do not blame them a little. They will have usually simply explained "you've to consult with Frank..." — but Frank is never around and it hasnot delivered just one telephone call. I have left him five or six communications right now.

Today my gas is just starting to operate low... But I'm decided to solve this problem first. I also provide a superb $14.09 on my bill at this time that I'm denying until this problem is looked after.

I Will continue to test calling Frank — but I sure could enjoy some aid in the national-level, when possible. I actually donot actually understand if you will find every other clothes in the region who are able to promote me gas, or if the corporation includes a monopoly... I have read numerous unfavorable evaluations of Ferrellgas online, and I'm not shocked one bit. But I'd enjoy to become the exclusion for this principle.

I really hope to be always a faithful and happy customer — but first, I have to be handled just like a valued client. Please support me enter contact with somebody who has some decision making energy. That is just inappropriate.
