Ill kuntz a.K.A. Bill koontz... D.O.B. 9-30-50 owner and president of b.K. Lawn scapes, a company (if u can call it that) that is bad news. The owner claims to follow the word of christ but will not hire black people in his business. His is work ethic is based on laziness and he is constantly defrauding customers by providing landscaping in areas with no irrigation, such as fort lauderdale executive airport. He recently installed 30-40 shrubs there knowing that there was no irrigation, they were under an eave and situated in a place where very little rain water can get to them. His philosophy i guess is if they die they will pay me again to do it over. The airport also hired another landscaper because of his inadequate experience and ability to complete another job at the airport. I believe that he couldn't afford to buy the materials to do the job anyway. The airport will be made aware of this report as well as the department of labor. It seems that his business is struggling to stay afloat based on his overall frugality.
Mary hope (help) christian school, parkland, florida is another job he is defrauding the job takes 4 hours to do tops... But he makes it seem like it takes all day to do this job. So he is stealing money from a church, in essence!!! I have seen his employees loafing around for hours here at a time doing nothing lying on the grass leaving their food containers everywhere. I have seen his employees ding my car here several times with the machines and not tell me. I purposely waited to see if they would tell me, but no one did. The pastor well will be apprised of this report.
I feel sorry for this man, who apparently lives in a world of hypocrisy, greed and has no moral backbone whatsoever. He needs to spend a little more time looking at himself and a little less time looking at others. What would jesus do???
