11/17 My 80 Grandmother was bullied into a carpet cleaning for her 500sq ft apartment, When the sales person was done he advised my grandmother that he would not take a check (which there paperwork clearly states they accept) he instead charged over 150.00 on her debit card! Wow!!! When I arrived to my grandmothers home this morning she advised me of the situation, I immediately called MAGIC RESTORATION, only to speak with one rude and incompetent person after the next, finally after several hours I was able to speak with the owner "Brian Schwleger" who stated he was not concerned by my complaints Brian stated "that is why I keep six lawyers around" and if I continued to complain he would SUE ME for deformation of character... Unbelievable... DONT EVER EVER EVER do business with this company. Oh I forgot to mention the carpet looked worse than before they "cleaned it" talk about adding insult to injury.
