Poor Quality of Work

Employed the corporation on October 18 to set up a tangible kind floor in my own home. Floor is meant to appear like hardwood. The floor wasn't the color I specified, the grout lines were said to be a natural shade, however they were saturated in places of dark dye in the cement and put up polymer. They went the cement up onto my baseboards therefore boot form won't return, they got dark color throughout my recently colored surfaces and cut and you will still see-the previous hardwood through the brand new floor. I named the dog owner and he arrived and stated he believed it seemed excellent. All my family and friends were appaled once they noticed the ground. The dog owner today will not reply my telephone calls. The company requested for cost before work was total, to purchase materials, and as an idiot, I paid him. Exactly what a error! I've needed to employ a company to paint my surfaces and cut and also have spoken to a different company about having this terrible screwed cut out. It'll charge me a little bundle to fix this godawful mess. Beware!!! Don't conduct business with this particular organization. I submitted a problem using the greater business agency and arrived at discover they're not really an approved company using the BBB.
