They stole my money

I had my driveway sealed by a company that I thought was ok. They did not even do the whole driveway. They missed several spots including a foot and a half on both the left and right side all the way down the drive way. It is starting to wash away not even a week later. What hasn't washed away is starting to spot brown. I have called several times. The owner has not returned any of my calls. After they finished the owner told me they filled some cracks in my driveway with tar and threatened me to give them a tip. I was very afraid into doing so. The filled the cracks with sand which has started to wash away to. I want my money back, a full refund. I do not want those guys at my house again. I have to pay someone now to redo it and get rid of what they had done.
