Luke osbourne is an all around shady guy. He is 24 years young and he is nothing but a contractor from he*. Do not hire titan granite! His business partner jenny hambright is extremely difficult to deal with. As a team, luke and jenny will manipulate you into enduring the worst contractor experience you will ever have. Guys like osbourne work for themselves because of their half-ass/rip-off attitude doesn't keep him in the door.

Mr. Osbourne does not run a professional business. He is out to gouge you with prices. His work is extremely bad quality. His work is never consistent and he cannot hold down employees due to nonpayment. Titan granite does not have a reliable crew. Most employees are temporary due to nonpayment. He cannot keep good workers because he is constantly playing head-games about numerous employment duties.

Homeowners beware! Titan granite does not pay his employees, his subcontractors or his material vendors. You may have to pay twice for unprofessional contractor work. When a contractor does not pay his bills, the homeowner may have a "lien" filled against their property.

Please beware of the company titan granite!
