Salesperson approached me at my home. Stated they might apply for and remove my second-story wasp problem. Stated they'd apply second-story eaves. Had me signal annually extended agreement by having an early termination charge. Once the specialist arived per month later to complete the job he advised me that spraying second-story eaves is illegal along with a breach of the EPA rules. I expected for that agreement to become terminated an to not be billed the first termination charge since their salesperson lied in my experience, however they declined. The first termiation charge was $150.
