I ordered a grill and outdoor sink from these frauds on July 2nd. They cashed my check for $1876.00 in a week but never delivered the goods. I called September and asked for a status report. I acutally spoke to a customer service rep at the time (good luck with that now) and they told me that there must have been a "mix-up". They promised a mid-October delivery. Here it is November. Can't get ahold of these people in any form. If you try the customer service line you get a voice mail inbox. I've left 6 messages and no one has ever called me back. I even tried to contact their sales person Sameer Pimpalkhute, the person who we sent our check to. He tells me the service phone line is experiencing trouble and will be back up tomorrow or simply directs your call to the same pre-recorded inbox. Let's face it folks, these scam artists have our money, and aren't planning to ship anything. The only thing that we can do is enter into legal action. Don't ever do business with these a#$holes. They're absolute crooks. I'm sorry to see others have fallen prey to this scan of a business. If anyone has info on a current class action suit against this company, I'm interested in joining.
