Stay Away From This Company!

Purchasing from EZcomefurniture was a mistake from the very beginning. They advertise on Craigslist on a daily basis and are far from reputable. The phone number listed on the site is rarely answered, and the staff all speak very broken English, which is very frustrating.

The furniture we purchased arrived in a damaged box, and the furniture inside was damaged as well. We ordered a kitchen dinette set that upon opening the box, had dings, dents, scratches and scuffs! The delivery driver (whom I later found out is the owner) proceeded to berate me for wanting to open the box and inspect the furniture before signing for it. I actually had to ask him to leave my kitchen because he was so rude!

After many unanswered phone calls to the office. We were finally told they would accept the return BUT would charge us a 15% restocking fee. Fine. Well the company charged us DOUBLE the restocking fee! Over 30% was charged to our credit card for no reason at all. We are fuming and taking it up with all the necessary outlets.

Stay away from this business! They will take your money and run!
