Dishonest scam artist, dishonest, rude, false advertisers, complete scumbags., should not be allowed to do business

I was visiting my daughter in Los Angeles and we locked ourselves out of her apartment. We googled locksmiths and called this company and were told it would be a $19 trip charge and $39 to open the door. We were told they would be there in 20 minutes and they finally arrived an hour and a half later. They tried 4 keys that they had and door didn't open. This took 2 minutes at most. The guy then says I have some bad news, I am going to have to try something else, but the charge will be $175. We were totally shocked and said we could not pay that much and that were quoted something totally different, He then says maybe he could do it for $120. We had no choice but to agree as it was late at night and raining, However when we saw how our door was so easily opened we were furious. All the guy did was take another key from his pocket and it opened in about 10 seconds. We were totally scammed. I reluctantly gave him my credit card info only because I was nervous for our safety. Immediately after he left I called the company and was rudely told that they would do nothing about the charge. I called the next day to talk to a supervisor but was rudely hung up on.
They are obviouly a large ripoff company with locations in all state.
People should beware of this outfit.
