Beware!!! Evergreen irrigation and landscaping aka. Evergreen services. This company owned by david carlson and bill bunting, did work for me at my house and i had some possessions come up missing. I checked my surveillance cameras and witnessed their employee steal them. I called bill bunting, and he told me that it was not his problem. Since he treated me this way, let it be known that he offered money to me for sex. I currently have a lawyer on this matter. Also, i have since done some research on david carlson and bill bunting, they are working as an unlicensed irrigation contractor which is illegal, and were recently busted for operating without workers comp and liability; and have also filed bankruptcy this year and are still using their original name, which is also illegal. So, be advised, i would watch getting any work done by these guys, they will not be around much longer. (warranty)
