A-1 appliance is a Greedy bunch of liars and has NO Service after the Sale

I purchased a Bosch Washer and Dryer from this company several years ago. The first washing machine they delivered was apparently a floor model or refurbished machine it would not go into spin cycle. They offered to repair it I told them I bought a new washer I wanted a replacement the 2nd washer was scraped up and had a dent in the side the 3rd washer was scratched up The salesman said he would give me a 10 year warranty and a 50.00 kick back i had to call several times to get my 50.00 and they never sent me a written warranty. Now the big blow the wash machine front seal kept falling out a fellow who lives right down the road from me named Dave came by 2 different times to reinstall the gasket. The 3rd time he came by he glued it in and said wait 24 hrs which we did and this should take care of it. Well it has come out again after a year or 2 when I called the company today they wanted to charge me 270.00 for a new ring plus labor and trip charge. I told them about the warranty and now they say it doesnt cover that. They tried to compromise and just charge me a 89.00 trip charge the guy lives less than a mile from my house. A-1 appliance has not honored anything they had told me in the past and my problem should have been taken care of with a new gasket the original one was problematic from the get go and they now have an updated replacement gasket to replace the faulty original. I am in contact with Bosch and hopefully they will make this right. Sincerely Dennis L
